Design Tips

Knitted socks work best with simple, bold designs.

Custom socks are knitted rather than screen printed, so highly detailed artwork does not reproduce as well as simple shapes, logos, text, and strong color blocks.

  • Send the highest-resolution version of your logo or artwork.
  • JPEG, PDF, PSP, AI, and EPS files can be used.
  • Hand-drawn or computer-generated ideas are welcome.
  • We will work with you on the design and colors.
  • Unlimited revisions are included before final approval.
  • Remember that designs stretch when the sock is worn, so smaller and simpler usually works best.
