Leg Recycling Program

Leg Cycle.jpg

We Help Two is actively seeking the donation of new or used prosthetic components to aid in our provisions of care for patients in our partner clinics around the world. To date, we have helped provide over 600 legs to amputees who would not otherwise have the ability to walk.

Our New Partnership:

We Help Two is excited to announce our partnership with Legs4Africa which is based in England which has recycled over 5000 legs in the past 4 years! As their USA partner, We Help Two will be collecting donated legs and then sending them to clinics throughout Africa.

Leg Donation:

If you would like to donate a leg, please use this link to visit the Legs4Africa donation pages for all of the information.

What we are NOT looking for

  • Broken, rusty or non-functional components

  • Used prosthetic liners

  • Used prosthetic socks

  • Resin, catalyst or promoter

  • Any chemicals

What we are looking for

  • Complete artificial limbs in new or used condition

  • Prosthetic components in new or gently used condition (pylons, pyramids, clamps, shuttle locks, etc.)

  • Prosthetic feet (All sizes and styles)

  • New or gently used prosthetic knees of all types

  • New prosthetic socks

Why not just purchase new components?

Prosthetic components are the most expensive part of providing a new leg to an amputee. Here in the USA used legs and components that cannot be resold and often end up in the landfill. If we can get them donated, we can help more people and our planet at the same time!

Why do we do it?
